Browsing this site does not constitute an audit, review, or assurance engagement. Formal findings are delivered only under a signed engagement with defined scope.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit false contact information. Contact forms are for genuine enquiry about our services.

Site content, branding, and materials belong to Autodatatech or its licensors. You may not copy substantive content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Autodatatech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for contracted professional work is limited as stated in the engagement letter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
